I know this is t the right forum, but “basementbear@gmail.com” still hasn’t received everything from my Junior classics purchase. I lost access to the email address and no matter how many times I try to contact Castalia or anyone for that matter I get ignored, even though they have my correct email now.
250 x 8 volumes of Junior Classics signatures were destroyed by our former bindery. It appears to have been simple negligence rather than anything malicious; it reportedly happened during a warehouse consolidation.
Is there an eta on when the next Jane Austen book will be available for purchase?
