No, this is specifically for supporters of the site. Book subscribers get the ebook editions of the books they buy. So you'll get Genji Monogatari. I can't imagine we'll do Botchan, unless we do it, Sanshiro, and Kokoro in a single volume collection.
I assume the ebooks will be available to purchase separately? And if so, can we get them in regular PDF/EPUB format instead of having to go via Amazon? I have no Kindle; I want to Kindle. I remember getting the Junior Classics downloads on the Arkhaven site. Can these new ebooks be made available there?
I'm not at all unsympathetic, but we tried that twice and the number of people who actually want to buy ebooks outside of Amazon is unfortunately minimal. Since the ebooks are how we market to the world that doesn't know about the Library, we need to have them on Kindle Select, particularly now that it permits us to have Kindle Select audiobooks.
Give it a week or two and you can probably grab a copy from one of the pirate sites. It's not something we condone... but we understand.
Looking forward to this! Thank you.
Will currently subscribers to the various Castalia leather offerings also get the ebook?

Yes. And no.

Forgive me if this is a silly question, but it sounds like you're suggesting you can only do either Amazon or Arkhaven. Why not both?
The rules of Kindle Select. You can't be on KU or have Virtua Voice audiobooks if Amazon doesn't have exclusivity on the ebooks.
Will you eventually be publishing physical copies of this and other books you're working on?
Sincerest apologies for my tardiness. Having just signed up, is it too late to receive a copy of Botchan, please?
Of course not. If you haven't received it yet, email us directly.
