I told my English class ( in Nippon) about the improvement of the translation, of The Genji and Kokoro …

… wish you could have seen their reaction! Well done Vox and team!

I look forward to purchasing the e-editions when they wind their way to Castalia House's own purchasing site in epub form. They'll wait. Godspeed.

Would it be possible to always offer at least one physical edition? I understand that a leather-bound edition isn't always practical from a publisher's or customer's perspective, but perhaps a paperback? E-books certainly have many advantages, but they're not an option for me personally, and I imagine others feel the same way.

Truly amazing. Is it rude to be impatient for the first release...

When you say "we've produced", is AI part of the we?

Yes, obviously.

People really need to stop asking. At this point, it's like asking if you used electricity.

I am one of the weirdos that didn't like the translation; but obviously that was not the trend, and you made the right decision. I hope this does well.

Which translation did you prefer? It might help to recall that the only one that is actually available to us is Waley, which was the original plan.

It was the Taylor one I liked. I have Waley in ebook form already, so I do agree with your choice as being the right call. My problem was it just felt too modern and took me out of it.
